Application: Inflate bags with an air compressor, shop air, or portable air tank to raise heavy loads. Designed for 'hinge' style lifting of machines, cargo, heavy objects, rigging, lift truck service, and moving shipyard equipment.
Description: Kevlar-Neoprene composite construction offers unmatched durability and strength. Material will stand up to abrasions, punctures, tears, and resists many gasses and chemicals, both petroleum and water based. Unlike the high pressure bags, the medium pressure bags provide full capacity even when fully inflated. The large non-slip pad ensures safety when using on hard or soft surfaces.
Industry Names: Also known as a 'mat jack' or a 'lifting bag'.

Best used in cantilever or 'hinged' style lifts, the inflatable jack may be used for vertical lifting when rigged so lateral movement of the lifted weight is restricted. Requiring only 1 to 3 inches clearance for insertion, the medium pressure lifting cushions provide heavier tonnage lifting capacities than similar sized low pressure bags, while requiring less work area and storage space. Working on volume rather than pressure to create the lift, 15 psi / 1 bar of pressure can lift as much as 35,000 lbs / 15,900 kgs and up to 40 in / 1000 mm, which is the major difference between low and medium pressure bags. Unlike high pressure, both medium and low pressure inflatable jacks are able to lift maximum rated capacity at full height of the air bag. Each inflatable jack comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty, but with normal care and maintenance, they should work well over 20 years trouble free. The medium pressure inflatable jacks are CE certified.
